Tickets: You will receive your unique ticket number(s) upon order confirmation, along with a PDF of your ticket information. Please make sure to have your ticket number(s) ready to show when you arrive! If you’re not seeing an order confirmation in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam folder. All orders with physical items ship out within 2 business days, and arrive within 3 - 7 business days. Please note we only ship to U.S. destinations at this time. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped!
Digital downloads and tickets for Art Classes do not require shipping. You will receive a link to download your digital file and/or ticket numbers for art classes immediately after your order is confirmed.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping for orders over $40. For orders less than $40, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer $5.95 simple flat rate shipping to orders in the contiguous U.S.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.
